Quantock Staghounds going after a one antlered stag on Tues. It doesn't take much for a stag to be considered 'imperfect on the hills' and targeted by these blood junkies. Never mind that stags are shedding their antlers this time of year. Thanks to Wildlife Guardian for the footage.
The use of artificial earths by hunts has been well documented by the Hunt Saboteurs Association. This is the practice of building underground chambers for foxes and in particular fox cubs, so that the hunt can keep a regular supply of quarry to hunt

The Quantocks Staghounds are only permitted to use two hounds to chase deer so for them to leave one of them behind in a car park pretty much sums up how much they care for them. We were with them all day with β¦North Dorset Hunt Saboteursβ© and β¦Mendip Hunt Sabsβ© and no kills.
