Finally a trial with imaging guided PCI compared to CABG. No difference in all cause mortality. 3% more MI and higher repeat revasc. 70+% IVUS usage.

10-year BEST Trial results show no difference btw PCI w everolimus-eluting stent vs CABG in reducing all-cause death, MI, or TVR thru 10y in MVD. Spontaneous MI & repeat revasc higher in PCI group #TCT2022
