A review meeting for election preparedness of Eastern Range was conducted by Hon'ble DGP Odisha with Dir Int, ADG L/O, IG,ER, Balasore & SPs in light of the upcoming #GeneralElections2024 with an aim to ensure a peaceful and impartial poll adhering to instructions of the ECI.

Different PSs under Balasore district Foot Patrolled in their respective areas with a view to focus on antisocial behavior and to instill confidence among the public ahead of the #GeneralElections2024 .

Suliapada police and team successfully rescued 7 nos. of cattle during illegal transportation by a Pickup Vans near Kostha. In this connection an accused person arrested & a Pickup Van seized. All the rescued cattle have been shifted to Chakulia Goshala, Jharkhand.
