Ponder often about unstable slopes & soil. Love the debate that foam is like caulking it fixes everything. All about improperly built homes.

Oh my Lord, someone just shared this alarming story of how people get into Canada. This story pertains to Iranian immigrants, but I'm sure it applies to all others.

So the applicant who want's to immigrate from Iran to Canada finds an employer, and for cultural and language…

CPBH Tarion continues to falsely claim that they are self-funded. They are funded by buyers, at a cost of up to $4000 +tax. This humongous fee is diverted to the buyer for payment by the buyer’s lawyer. Is this a buyer’s lawyer or builder’s lawyer? This is not very clear.

CPBH Confusing indeed. A confusion which Tarion and some builders exploit. Each new home buyer has to pay Tarion's fee: it's mandatory under Ont law. What's the value? Many say years of cat and mouse blame games, finger-pointing, time wasted trying to get defects fixed. Consumer Protection Ontario

Each new evidence on the Greenbelt scandal is worse than the last.

Deleting government emails is a crime.

Let’s not forget that senior staff involved in the Liberals’ gas plant scandal went to jail for deleting emails.
