News leaked that there were some back room talks in Albany about weakening the rent stabilization law in NY.

So tenant organizers Housing Justice For All went down to the governor’s office to let everyone know we won’t have it.

“Landlords used IAIs to harass people out of their homes before 2019…40% of them were fraudulent…it was the Wild West for landlords.”

We will NOT go back.
