We have a son who is having a hard time in public school as resources are stretched thin. So we applied him for private school hoping the smaller class size would help with teachers that are not always feeling like their job is under fire.

With Tennessee AND Texas repudiating vouchers, now is a good time for this moral reminder:

Public education is a common moral good.

It is provided by everyone FOR everyone.

Parents, both public and private ed folks, know this.

They want ALL educated— not just their own kids!
