Last week, a fantastic group of epidemiologists, software developers, and policy experts convened at World Health Organization (WHO)'s interoperability hackathon in Kigali 🌍💻 Together, we leveraged #FHIR and #SMARTGuidelines to digitalize immunization & surveillance guidelines. #AfricaFHIRedUp Alain Labrique
On 25 October, we co-hosted the 8th Innovation Forum session with the World Health Organization (WHO) Department of Surveillance Systems. We discussed the importance of data standardization and interoperability to enable timely communication, exchange and use of information during public health outbreaks.
