Ive not had gas bill since Sept 2021. Despite me sending reading. I got bill in March going back 30 months. This is illegal. Its Back Billing and any utility company can only go back 12 mths
So B'Gas took £1800 off my bill. Mr Bingley was uber happy! British Gas
