As grantees of the Rotary Club of Palo Alto, PHC was thrilled to be speakers at their annual fundraising event this last Saturday! It was a wonderful time sharing PHC’s mission and services. Thank you, Palo Alto Rotary Club for being supporters of PHC!

Did you know PHC’s New Directions program will be a part of the Immanuel Sobrato Community! PHC visited the community site and discussed key features of the building, including the entrance, services offices, residential units, and community spaces!
