This pilgrim, shown in stained glass at Wimpole in Cambridgeshire, is thought to be William Ufford, 2nd Earl of Suffolk. The Norfolk rebel leader Geoffrey Lister tried to capture Ufford, but he escaped & played a leading role in suppressing the revolt: therosewindow.com/pilot/England-…
