We sowed some cauliflower seed in the raised beds in August and it has grown well. Hoping for some hearted caulis in April/May, afore it gets hot in the polycrub.

This Peerie Polly Opyl is a great chill out/play space for all ages.

Our school dinners served this afternoon by Mrs Stewart. The potatoes and corn that you see were grown in our Polycrub and growing area. Our Polycrub Committee picked and raked the crops on Monday afternoon.

Over the last 12 months, we have made significant developments to our school and nursery’s outdoor learning environment. Our community play area, Polycrub and newly-built outdoor classroom provide opportunities to inspire, learn, challenge ourselves and celebrate our success.

Summer has mostly evaded #shetland this year, so this was a most welcome end to yesterday 🌅
