O2 Business UK I am stuck, bad bad service!!! No phone at Christmas, 7 days, 20 calls to customer service and still not sorted!!!!!

Hi Barclays Bank, you have limited our account with no clear reason. We have tried to speak to customer services several times and each time have been cut off in the middle of the call with no callback from the representative. We urgently need you to rectify this issue.
