- better echo response, better outcomes driven by HF hospitalization reduction
- fewer complications

✅LBBAP group with⬇️thresholds vs BiV, fewer w ⬆️threshold post-implant, shorter QRS, ⬇️complications
✅LBBAP w ⬇️1' outcome (death HFH), HR 1.45
✅both groups with ⬆️LVEF, but ⬆️⬆️ in LBBAP group
