When did it become the 'norm' for the pace & rate of work to be so relentless for so many people that there's no space to pause - to think, make connections, care about how we relate to each other? That kind of space isn't a luxury; it's essential.

There is a lot of talk about increasing student places. training more doctors/nurses. However these students are educated both in university and in the workplace.
Failure to retain experienced staff means they dont get the education they need

Supervision also essential for growth- clinical, emotional intelligence, self-efficacy
