This is xenophobia masquerading as policy by Jenrick, and utterly destructive to both migrants' lives and the UK as a whole. £35,000 minimum income requirement, capping care worker visas. We need more support for migrants, not less. This would be devasting

This is a devastating attempt at separating loving families further. The £18,600 income threshold was tough enough but £35,000 would make it impossible for people to bring their family over on a family reunion route. Yet more safe routes shut.

Two more migrants died in the channel .

It wasn’t long ago, 27 more migrants died in the same channel.

It seems like, the channel is a migrant-bloodthirsty place.

And the world enjoys the horror scene unfolding.
