Ahhh! I love libraries! And especially ones that feature Parenting Anxious Kids!

If CBT was “easy” ocd wouldn’t exist . CBT/ERP can take a lot of effort to recover one’s life back from ocd , but for many when done well , you can go onto a much better life , and do the things you want to do . #cbtworks

The more I speak to the public, the more I'm struck by how lacking basic mental health literacy is for most people (even smart ones!)

We need to talk more about what emotions are, and the 101s of our field. We can nuance later once basics are covered.
