Excited to see the new Jiang lab paper on intronic enhancers out in The Plant Cell that 'fine tune' gene expression. Nearly ~2k intronic enhancers in Arabidopsis validated with GUS and CRISPR! Wonder how many are in big complex genomes like potato!

Nearly generated a 3 Mb read on Oxford Nanopore. Only ran 2 libraries so throughput was a little lower than usual. Excited to launch this method and see new records every week.
