Neena Jha Same happened to me an occupational therapist. Working locum miles from home. Not enough vacancies. It’s dreadful what is happening to GP’s and doctors. They just won’t employ enough staff and doctors are being replaced by PA’s.

Neena Jha Thousands of UK qualified doctors with decades of training and experience are sat at home without work. There is NO GP shortage. The RCGP and BMA remain largely silent on this. Yes indeed it is a huge national scandal.

Neena Jha Dr Mike My wife is a qualified GP, and a Nurse! Gave up a Partnership, due to poor management and being a salaried GP with her own patient list has made her life so much happier, and her patients. She’s seen the NHS go through the floor with the Tories, get them out!

Neena Jha Patients don't want it. I have asked 4 times to speak to a GP. Everytime I have been given a PA. Every time they have had to get back to me because they aren't qualified to deal with my complex conditions. We don't want PAs.
