Rory Sutherland Nobody really talks about being a good guest, and it can offer immaterial joy. As a guest I aim not to break plates, disturb other people etc. It’s not just about the employer vs guests with the employee as an intermediary, I want everyone to feel exactly where they need to be.

I am one of the fraction of people who welcome this. It should be voluntary, but it is good if more people are judiciously generous. Why? Because there are many aspects of good service which it is impossible for an employer to codify or quantify.

+ cardio metrics: including size of ventricles, blood pressure, heart rate, pulse pressure, MAP ...
+ norms for lipids (LDL, etc.)
