Today, The NY Opioid Settlement Fund Advisory Board released their 2023 recommendations, which once again include funding for overdose prevention centers.

Earlier this week, DPA NY State Director Toni Smith applauded the Board and decried Governor Hochul’s rejection.

The Sacklers are not bankrupt.

Well, they're morally bankrupt, but unless SCOTUS acts they'll still have loads of money after essentially paying $5.5 billion to get out jail forever & avoid responsibility for the multitude of deaths their lies & greed produced.
