'I kept saying, ‘I’m press... I’m just doing my job’ and that’s when the officer zip tying me told me I needed to find a different job if it makes me break the law.”

'instead of wrestling with the thorny issue, which speaks to the unprecedented nature of the 2024 race and the high stakes it presents, Kahn set up a straw man and largely declined to address the matter in a softball Q&A published Sunday by Semafor's Ben Smith.'

we maintain neutrality at all costs.

(except if Joe Biden doesn't give the requisite number of interviews, and only to the journalists that we sanction. if not, then we will actively slam you in the press).

The New York Times is so New York Times. This story is centered on the feelings of rich people sipping cocktails, and it’s oblivious to the potential victims of a Trump dictatorship who couldn’t jet off to a second home in Portugal.

“All these Biden people think that the problem is Peter Baker or whatever reporter they’re mad at that day,” one Times journalist said. “It’s A.G. He’s the one who is pissed [that] Biden hasn’t done any interviews and quietly encourages all the tough reporting...'

Cannot be overstated how poorly media coverage of the Biden economy has been. This jobs graph is basically unheard of in modern American history. Like, the only comps are the mid 1990s and late 1960s yet to read news coverage you'd think we've been in recession the whole time🤡

I'm old enough to remember when the media had no problem spending days talking about Monica's stained blue dress but suddenly they've become Puritans b/c their buddy Donald's seamy little affairs are being exposed.

She literally voted to overturn Roe, turning much of the country into a desert where women can't end their pregnancies and makes them unwilling brood mares but apparently, that's not very persuasive to the Associate Editor of the Washington Post's Opinion page 🙃
