I have traveled too much in the last year or so. But maybe the best events I've been to were SaTML Conference
2023 & 2024. Community focused on exactly the things I love, sans the NeurICMLR zoo!
Kudos to Nicolas Papernot for founding & co-chairing the first 2 iters. Don't miss 2025!
Couldn’t make it to IEEE SaTML Conference in person but incredibly thankful to Javier Rando Edoardo Debenedetti Daniel Paleka for helping us pre-record our 2nd position winning presentation and presenting it at the venue. Big THANK YOU!
Looking forward to the paper presentation!
Really excited to co-chair SaTML Conference 2025 with Konrad Rieck 🌈
We are really committed to keep growing this community. Please send email to me or Konrad if you have suggestions.
Ruinan Jin, a UBC Computer Science undergrad, presented our findings at #SaTML2024 on the heightened risks of backdoor attacks in foundation models trained with unpaired noisy medical image-text data.
Thank you everyone for attending our presentation at SaTML Conference and congratulations again to the winners!
Just finished presenting TextCAVs at SaTML Conference! Thanks to Cas (Stephen Casper) for organising the competition and Nicolas Papernot and Carmela Troncoso for organising the conference. A great few days of research osmosis, absorbing everyone's ideas on making ML more trustworthy!
The 2nd edition of SaTML Conference is a wrap! It was an absolute honour to co-chair the conference with Carmela Troncoso !
We are very excited to announce the co-chairs for the 3rd edition in 2025: Somesh Jha and Konrad Rieck 🌈
