Presidential immunity: Justice Thomas asking first question about Trump's immunity per his seniority order nonetheless seems like him giving the finger to everyone who says he should not be hearing these cases given his wife Ginny Thomas's support for election interference.

Maybe Trump is worried about the gag order - bf court he talked bit of campaign lies like bragging about his border wall - or he is worried about his polls & fundraising or the lack of family support at his trial...
