In the library, I've heard so many parents respond to kids' book choices with 'You're too old for that', 'That has too few words', 'That's too easy', etc.
Are you kidding me?!!
Let them read EVERY 'too easy' book they want (while, of course, adding more advanced ones, too).

Why isn’t AI doing the tedious shit for creative people instead of the creative shit for tedious people

Can't say this enough:picture books are hard. You have to create a world, a character, an emotional arc, a compact and engaging plot line, written in kid-friendly language that sings, with a satisfying resolve—all in 30-40 pages, with a few lines of text per page. Easy? Hell no.
