Thanks to the @radicaIteatowel company I realise today marks 100 yrs since the publication of The Ragged Trousered Philanthropists. One of the greatest books of this land; puts me in mind of Shirley Collins whose uncle wrote a biography of Robert Tressell bit.ly/3keaDgw

RECORD CORNER-Another recommendation from the vinyl vaults is this recent release(and her last) from the First Lady of Folk,Shirley Collins. Archangel Hill crowns a 60 year career which ends here on a mighty coda. Highlights include 'Hare on a Mountain' & 'Lost in a Wood' (10/10)
