2 steps forward recently to end unsocial littering like here in #Edenderry : The Deposit Re-Turn Scheme and legislation for Local Authority CCTV for waste management, both thanks to Ossian Smyth TD and Green Party Ireland policy. Now over to Offaly County Council to finalise site management plans.
