Two new installations of FixMyStreet Pro have been launched for North Northamptonshire Council and West Northamptonshire Council.

This project has been a brilliant, collaborative effort between SocietyWorks, the two councils and Kier.

We were not consulted on this campaign, and were not given the opportunity to provide essential caveats. As a charity, we exist to help people engage with society. We welcome and support the use of FixMyStreet data for constructive research purposes.

In this particular story, an organisation we are not affiliated with has misused FixMyStreet data to denounce the worst place in the UK for #potholes . It is not possible to do this using FixMyStreet data, and we do not support the use of it in this simplistic way.
