Uploaded an example of practice to the Reading for Pleasure 🧶 site today. My first one for a while. We recently had a Year 10 pupil visit and make book recommendations to our Year 5/6 pupils. The impact was massive as they viewed her as a cooler and older friend. Definitely worth doing.
Beyond delighted that The Final Year shortlisted for the Branford Boase Award. Can’t thank the judges enough for recognising how special Nate and his story is. It’s beyond a pleasure to work with the incredible team of Matt Goodfellow, Joe Todd-Stanton and Otter-Barry Books on this book.
