This time last week we were running a session w/ young people in our borough who live with food insecurity.

We taught them how to make fresh pizza dough with basic flour, yeast & water (and a little salt to taste). We took some pics and we’re sharing the ones without faces x

I released ‘I’ll Make You Strong’ 8 yrs ago. I brought Keiron Marshall to an estate to film me prancing around while lads loitered around, kissing their teeth & shouting. Keir was carrying our cameras. I went over in my ridiculous dress & made friends. & we made our 1st music vid

We just had a really exciting meeting with Black Deer Festival co-founder gill tee , broadcasting legend neil fox and our journalist & author patron Paul Sexton !!!!
