In a new lawsuit, Jimmy Finkelstein is accused of promising a freelance journalist $500 a day, working him 50 hours a week starting in November, and then never paying him any wages by the time The Messenger shut down on January 31—or since.

The Blizzard of ‘78 is hard to forget.
