LTHTR Data Science automated, daily, incremental rebuild of OHDSI #OMOP database has been successfully completing in about 2 hours in the morning for a while now.

Our OMOP data will lag real-world by no more than 12 hours making it valuable for much more than observational research.

There was some big news this week which should have been top of the news agenda - the fact that it wasn’t and the story that dominated the public space instead tells a worrying story about the priorities of many in this country 🧵
