Lee Marklew KC prosecutes in a case where the defendant was sentenced to a custodial term of 20 years & an extended licence period of 7 years. This followed a 2 week trial where the defendant was convicted on all 17 counts of historic sex offences against his 3 younger sisters.

Kevin Hegarty KC, leading Gulam Ahmed of Libertas Chambers, secured the acquittal of ASB Distributions Ltd and its director on all six charges under s.92 of the Trade Marks Act 1994 following a six-day trial at Isleworth Crown Court.

Elizabeth Hodgetts has successfully applied for an injunction against the National Education Union to prevent school staff from taking strike action on various days in the summer term. The application was heard by Bourne J on 24 April.
