Every Senator attending this hearing emphasized concern about the external arms support being provided to the warring parties in #Sudan , and the UAE was the actor most often mentioned. Many also pushed for more sanctions on the RSF.

As the RSF encircles El Fashir, Dr. Adeeb Yousif tells us on #Newsday that local efforts to stop the fighting are no longer being listened to, and calls for more international attention - and on the ground presence - to stop widespread atrocities. #KeepEyesOnSudan
