Andy Li, one of the #12speedboatfugitives and a key prosecution witness in the #NSL trial of #JimmyLai , has begun to give evidence in chief led by designated prosecutor Anthony Chau.

It’s been months since Li’s last appearance in court, pleading guilty in Aug 2021.
