After 92 years the #1931Census reveals the names of 11 of the 19 “illegitimate” babies born, as was indicated in the Mercer annual report. Sadly, one of the mothers would die while incarcerated. Another mother was only 16! What a tragedy. More later.
We are anxious for the release of the #1931Census . The Mercer annual report indicates 𝟏𝟗 𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒃𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒆𝒔 were born that year while their mothers were #incarcerated .

Happy to report success with the #1931Census Here is my mother and her family. Can't wait to show this to her! Saskatchewan was easy given the way land is described in that province. Suspect it may take more time to find my dad in Toronto.
