At the beginning of this year, I was mentally a wreck. I decided to quit alcohol, junk and exercise for 30 days. When that ended, I decided to take on the #75Hard challenge. Today is my last day. I’m a different person from the one that entered 2024. Onto the next one! ❤️❤️
October-April #75hard completed from January 1st- March 15th. 102 days Alcohol free. Went from beero to hero 🤙🏽. Feels cringe af to post this but 🤷🏽♂️ I feel the best I ever have.
