#AskAndyGM why are homeless families, who have fled domestic violence having to wait weeks to get a school bus pass from the council for their children. These children miss weeks of school. Schools provide safety, food, emotional support and more alongside educating children.
Women should be safe walking down the street in broad daylight without being threatened with violence by men.
Even if they are trans activists, a demographic that apparently exists above the law.
What is your comment on this Andy Burnham ?

Mayor of Greater Manchester Stretford Public Hall #AskAndyGM Andy Burnham for the past year the magic buses fare on Stagecoach Manchester has risen yet AGAIN. This has been at least the third fare rise in a short time, yet buses keep getting cancelled. Question: can you stop promoting it like it’s the best thing ever when it’s not??

Either stop cancelling/no showing, or just take say 20% of buses off the timetable to reflect reality.

What have you and and the Bee Network got planned for Tameside? I know it doesn’t arrive until 5.1.25, but improvements can’t come soon soon enough. For example, the last bus to Tameside Hospital from Ashton is currently 2235, no good for shift workers.
