Hey #autowa , this morning, Kent & Flora. Right by a middle school, in a residential part of the hood. Kent is used as a speedway through Centretown/Downtown. It's more than time to act on it City of Ottawa.
This driver is signaling a turn to go the wrong way on Catherine St. Other drivers honked, but they went and did it anyway. #autowa (rear camera didn't catch it due to spray from water on the ground).
