Our 40-year school Anniversary is a remarkable event, marking four decades since classmates, & staff shared the halls and classrooms of their youth.

Our U14 Blue team played their first league match this evening against Bagenalstown, they put in a great team performance to come out with the win, well done girls.

Very proud of our Ballinkillen coaches and players who represented Bagenalstown Area 15 and won their u12 Hurling competition for community games earlier today. The boys played a tough final against a very good myshall team. They now go on to represent Carlow is Leinster.

Congratulations to our Red Lion darts stars Siobhan Murphy (Winner) & Ciara Murphy (Runner up) in the first Carlow County Ladies darts trials which took place yesterday in Palatine House. Great stuff ladies. #TheRedLion #CarlowDarts #Bagenalstown #INDO

Setanta U14 Division 2 team which included 6 u12s put in a brave performance against a very good Bagenalstown team last Sunday.Though the scoreline was not in there favour all the boys should be very proud of themselves! Keep it up. This team were camera shy but watch this space

Our 1st year Wellread Team members organized Speed-Read-Plant-a-Seed sessions for all 1st years. Students got to ask each other about their favourite titles, memorable characters, about books they did not enjoy and more within 30 second intervals.
