Revolutionary War reenactor Mr. Abbott dressed as Paul Revere and led our 4th graders through the Minuteman National Park in Concord. Students have been learning about many of the historic sites they saw while on the trip including the North Bridge, Hartwell Tavern & Battle Road!

Today in class, our 7️⃣th grade math students had a fun learning experience with the distributive property using colored 🥣 cereals.

As leaders of the LS community our 5️⃣th graders designed and led grade specific activities for their LS peers this morning. Events included a trash 🗑️ pickup obstacle course, pot painting/planting 🌱 🪴, nature art, campus clean up and more!

Today, our 6️⃣th grade students had the pleasure of meeting local author Elaine Dimopoulos. Dimopoulos spoke with the students about the characters and storyline of her novel, 'Turn the Tide,' which is written in poetic verse and centers around environmental activism.
