Today #baybridge78 entered into a diversion agreement of 2-months probation requiring them to avoid arrest leading to charges, 5-hours of community service, and restitution amounting a range of $1400-$4800, which upon completion will lead to a dismissal of charges on 5/15/24.
Supporters for the #BayBridge78 swelled the hallways of the San Francisco courthouse this morning for an initial arraignment for half of the demonstrators on the Bay Bridge on November 16th, 2023.
