Mulcahy fought in 1916, War of Independence, elected for pro-Treaty Sinn Féin, later leader Fine Gael 🇮🇪

The memorial cross at #BéalnaBláth was unveiled in 1924 by Michael Collins successor as Head of Provisional Government & 1916 comrade - WT Cosgrave

Collins pro-Treaty Sinn Féin became Cumann na nGaedheal in December 1922, precursor to Fine Gael 🇮🇪
