Yesterday, I went for a hike & swim with Swim Mull to S'Airde Beinn for #GreatBigGreenWeek . There are many health benefits to outdoor swimming. It was great to be outdoor absorbing nature. There were 100s of dragon flies, but none would stay still for a photo ๐ฟ๐ฆ
