Using biologging techniques and high-resolution oceanographic data, scientists investigated whether elephant seals utilized eddies and how they influence foraging conditions. Tracking data and measurements from 221 seals revealed fascinating insights. bit.ly/45Fgfsc

Another chapter of my PhD got published! In this study, we deployed new biologging devices on elephant seals 🦭 to describe fine-scale distribution and characteristics of their prey 🐟 in different oceanographic conditions.
