The NHS bowel cancer screening kit can detect signs of cancer before you notice anything is wrong.
The kit is automatically posted to everyone aged 60 to 74. The programme is expanding to include those aged 50 to 59 by 2025.

GP Anisha went to her own GP after experiencing tummy pains and changes to her poo. After further tests, she was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer.
Her tumour was completely removed, and she is now cancer-free!
