proud to say i havent been on a tramp in 1 yr & in honor of today being my breakiversary, i thought i'd post the vid of me breaking my leg.

A little over 6 months ago I snapped my left arm in half.
Last week I passed the firefighter fitness test with flying colors.
This week I set 3 new PRs on some pretty basic lifts.

November 3 will be breakiversary #1.

New goal: PR the big 3 (bench, squat, deadlift) that day.

It's my four week breakiversary, two weeks to goooooo
