Officers from your BwD TaskForce have this afternoon arrested a 34-year-old male on suspicion of possession of a bladed article and offensive weapon after being found with a lock knife and baton. This will not be tolerated and we will always take positive action.

Your BwD TaskForce team have today executed a drugs warrant in the Audley area, where we seized a quantity of cannabis and cash. A 38-year-old male from Blackburn was arrested on suspicion drug offences, and interviewed and released whilst we send the case to CPS.
