We demostred that cardiac rehabilitation improves subclinical left ventricular dysfunction in pts after cardiac surgery, specifically after CABG and/or aortic valve surgery.

One thing for sure in our 'VERY HIGH RISK' group (ie. 90%+ of the patients I see every day in CV clinic) Lower LDL is better for #cvPrev and we undertreat this group!
