51M unexplained myopathy EF20, VT storm. #ImpellaCP assisted, MAPS>60 and cerebral ox>80 with 3.4-3.8L/min flow the whole time. All VTs terminated and noninducible at the end. Also did RV+LV voltage+ #CARTOsound guided biopsies for better diagnostic yield. >7K pt with #Pentaray !
