So proud to share my lab’s first PROTAC in ChemBioChem ! In work led by Eriko Koide & Kaela Mohardt, we developed a selective in vivo-compatible FAK inhibitor and PROTAC with exciting activity in pancreatic cancer models. A few highlights:
